One-to-one psychotherapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore relational challenges, self-esteem concerns, and patterns that may feel difficult to shift. Sessions draw on a blend of approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to reshape relational and attachment patterns, psychodynamic therapy to increase insight into the roots of present struggles, narrative therapy to reframe the stories shaping identity and self-worth, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to develop practical strategies for managing thoughts and behaviours, and somatic awareness to reconnect with the body’s role in processing emotion. Together, these approaches support greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and the development of resilience, clarity, and confidence.
